摘要:

目的 血管閉合微創(chuàng)外科手術(shù)中,需要精確控制高頻能量發(fā)生器的輸出功率。根據(jù)血管阻抗變化調(diào)節(jié)高頻能量發(fā)生器輸出功率是提高血管閉合成功率的有效手段。為實(shí)現(xiàn)血管閉合過(guò)程中血管阻抗的檢測(cè),需要測(cè)量輸出電壓和血管閉合回路中的輸出電流,為此本文開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于LabVIEW的阻抗檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。方法 系統(tǒng)包括硬件隔離調(diào)理電路、基于DAQ卡和LabVIEW的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理系統(tǒng)。最后利用已知阻抗的無(wú)感功率電阻驗(yàn)證該系統(tǒng)性能。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)可以準(zhǔn)確地檢測(cè)高頻電流回路中的阻抗。結(jié)論 該阻抗檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)可以用于微創(chuàng)電外科高頻電刀的能量控制模塊中。

Objective In minimally invasive electrosurgery of sealing blood vessel,it is very important to accurately control the output power of the high-frequency generator. It is a useful method to adjust the output power of high-frequency generator according to the change of blood vessel impedance. In order to obtain the target impedance in the blood vessel sealing,the output voltage and current of the blood vessel circuit are needed to be detected. This article develops an impedance detection system based on LabVIEW. Methods The detection system consists of an isolating and conditioning hardware circuit,data acquisition and processing system based on DAQ card and LabVIEW. Certain non-inductance power resistors with known impedances are measured by this system. Results The experimental results show that this detection system detect the output target impedance with high accuracy. Conclusions This system can be applied in the power control module of high-frequency electrotome used in minimally invasive surgery.
