紅外線對(duì)萎縮性胃炎大鼠PCNA及Bcl-2表達(dá)的影響

摘要：

目的觀察紅外線照射在大鼠慢性萎縮性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG)中對(duì)增殖細(xì)胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen，PCNA)和B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(B-cell lymphoma-2，Bcl-2)表達(dá)的影響，探討紅外線與胃黏膜癌前病變、細(xì)胞凋亡的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用水楊酸鈉和酒精的混合溶液灌胃，并結(jié)合勞累、饑飽失常等多因素建立大鼠CAG模型，采用紅外線燈照射CAG大鼠，免疫組化法檢測(cè)各組大鼠PCNA及Bcl-2的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 PCNA及Bcl-2在模型對(duì)照組胃黏膜中均呈高表達(dá)（P<0.05）,但在紅外線組均無顯著降低。結(jié)論紅外線照射未能降低PCNA及Bcl-2 的表達(dá)，細(xì)胞的增殖調(diào)節(jié)改善作用不明顯。

Objective To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)，and to investigate the relationships of infrared ray with precancerous lesion and apoptosis. Methods The model of CAG rats was established with the pathogenic factors such as enema which was mixed with sodium salicylate and alcohol，irregular diet and exhaustion. Infrared ray(3.36 J/cm2)was used to irradiate CAG rats and the expressions of PCNA and Bcl-2 were detected with immunohistochemical method. Results The expressions of PCNA and Bcl-2 in the model group were obviously higher than those in normal group(P<0.05)，however the expressions in infrared ray group were not obviously lower than those in model group. Conclusions Infrared ray cannot reduce the expressions of PCNA and Bcl-2 in this experiment，the improvment of cell proliferation and the induction of cell apoptosis are not obvious.
