近紅外光譜(near infrared spectroscopy，NIRS)分析技術(shù)是近年來發(fā)展最快、最引人注目的分析技術(shù)，廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、食品等分析化學(xué)各領(lǐng)域。本文在介紹NIRS技術(shù)基本原理、技術(shù)特點的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了NIRS技術(shù)在臨床檢測領(lǐng)域的研究情況，主要包括在無創(chuàng)血糖監(jiān)測、無創(chuàng)血氧測量、乳腺腫塊檢測、尿液成分分析等方面的應(yīng)用與進(jìn)展，最后初步探討了該技術(shù)在應(yīng)用中存在的局限性，并對NIRS分析技術(shù)在臨床檢測領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。 |

The analytic technique of near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is one of the fastest developing and the most remarkable technique in recent years. It is widely used in many fields. This paper briefly introduces the basic principles, technical features of NIRS, and also explains its research situation in clinical detection, mainly including non-invasive blood glucose monitoring, non-invasive oxygen measurement, detection of breast lumps, urine composition analysis, etc. Finally the paper preliminarily discusses the limitations of NIRS technique, and looks forward to application prospect of the analytic technique of NIRS in the field of clinical detection. |
