摘要:

目的 針對當前醫(yī)學圖像處理的需要,在VTK類庫提供的可視化與顯示功能的基礎上,用VC++ 2008設計和實現(xiàn)一個可集成于OK圖像采集卡的三維可視化系統(tǒng)。方法 在VC++2008平臺下,結合可視化工具包VTK,對DICOM格式的CT圖像序列進行面繪制和體繪制,通過設置虛擬切面的內點和法向量對重建后的三維物體進行切割并獲得虛擬切片的信息,在切割的同時可以同步顯示出虛擬切片圖像。結果 實驗結果表明,該系統(tǒng)能有效地實現(xiàn)DICOM醫(yī)學圖像的體繪制和表面繪制,并且可以在任意方向切割、旋轉、放大與平移三維圖像。結論 上述系統(tǒng)對增強OK圖像采集卡的后處理功能具有重要作用,在理論研究和臨床應用上有重要意義和研究價值。

Objective On the basis of visualization and display function of VTK,a three-dimensional system that can be integrated into OK series image board is developed by VC++ 2008 to meet the requirements of medical image processing. Methods The paper introduces how to realize 3D surface rendering and volume rendering for 2D CT image sequences in DICOM format based on VC++ 2008 with VTK. The inner points and the normal vectors are calculated to form the virtual clipping plane,which in turn is used to incise the 3D object,obtain the information of virtual slices and display the virtual slice images on the screen simultaneously. Results The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize the 3D visualization of medical image and clip,rotate,zoom and translate the 3D image in any directions. Conclusions This system is useful for advancing the post-processing function of OK series image board and is important and valuable to theory research and clinic diagnosis.
