摘要:

目的 驗(yàn)光鏡片組合后屈光度的精確度是考核驗(yàn)光頭質(zhì)量的重要參數(shù),其檢驗(yàn)難點(diǎn)在于如何實(shí)現(xiàn)在使用狀態(tài)下的非破壞性測(cè)量。方法 通過(guò)在常見(jiàn)光具座上,輔以實(shí)驗(yàn)室自行研發(fā)的載物臺(tái)、自校驗(yàn)球/柱鏡片,形成以“光源、準(zhǔn)直物鏡、測(cè)量目標(biāo)、驗(yàn)光頭、自校驗(yàn)球/柱鏡片和讀數(shù)系統(tǒng)”同軸的光機(jī)電一體化的驗(yàn)光頭專用檢測(cè)裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了驗(yàn)光頭鏡片組合后的頂焦度、軸位和棱鏡度等參數(shù)在使用狀態(tài)下的非破壞性測(cè)量。結(jié)果 驗(yàn)光頭組合球鏡度、柱鏡度、柱鏡軸位、棱鏡度、棱鏡基底、同心度的測(cè)量和驗(yàn)光頭組合亮度的測(cè)量不確定度分析表明,該平臺(tái)測(cè)試結(jié)果穩(wěn)定,誤差來(lái)源清晰,精度較高。結(jié)論 該測(cè)量平臺(tái)可以滿足技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)檢驗(yàn)和計(jì)量檢定的要求。

Objective  One of the most important parameters of refractor head is the diopter accuracy and the test difficulty is how to conduct non-destructive measurements as the equipment in use.Methods This optical electromechanical integrated special test equipment is composed of a series of coaxial systems,including light source,collimating objective lens,measuring object,refractor heads,self-calibration ball or cylindrical lens,and reading system.The non-destructive measurement of certain important refractor head parameters,such as focal vertex,axial position and prism,is achieved successfully by using this equipment.Results The uncertainty analysis and the measurement results of the refractor head parameters indicate that the platform can provide stable test results,distinct error sources and high measurement precision.Conclusions This platform meets the requirements of technical organization for product registration test and metrological verification.
