摘要:

目的 大鼠心電信號(hào)采集目前依賴于生理信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng),其采樣頻率低,且無(wú)法進(jìn)行軟件算法的內(nèi)部改造,不利于實(shí)驗(yàn)使用。本文設(shè)計(jì)了高精度大鼠心電信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)RR間期實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)。方法 采用AD620設(shè)計(jì)心電信號(hào)采集電路,信號(hào)經(jīng)USB-6008進(jìn)行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后送入PC機(jī),通過(guò)Labview編程完成濾波、預(yù)處理及顯示。然后,通過(guò)Labview與Matlab混合編程,采用模板匹配方法實(shí)現(xiàn)RR間期實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)。最后,隨機(jī)選取10只大鼠心電數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行離線分析,以閾值法作為對(duì)照檢驗(yàn)RR間期實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果 閾值法檢出率96.62%,模板匹配法檢出率99.16%。結(jié)論 通過(guò)硬件與軟件結(jié)合的方法能夠獲得高精度的大鼠心電信號(hào)。通過(guò)Labview與Matlab混合編程,采用模板匹配法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)RR間期實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè),且檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性較高,為進(jìn)一步的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究提供了基礎(chǔ)。

Objective The rat ECG acquisition bases on various physiological signal acquisition systems at present. The users can not modify the analysis algorithm inside and these systems with low sampling frequencies are not useful. This article introduces a high-accuracy rat ECG acquisition system which realizes real-time detection of RR intervals. Methods First, we designed an ECG acquisition circuit based on AD620. USB-6008 was used to realize A/D conversion. Then the real-time detection of RR intervals was realized by Labview combined with Matlab by means of template matching method. Finally, to checkout the accuracy of the real-time detection of RR intervals, ECG signals of 10 randomly selected rats were analyzed offline compared with the threshold method. Results The detection rate of the threshold method and the template matching method were 96.62% and 99.16%, respectively. Conclusions High-accuracy rat ECG acquisition system can be realized by means of software combined with hardware. The real-time detection of RR intervals realized by Labview combined with Matlab by means of template matching method is accurate and provides the basis of the rat ECG research.
