摘要:

目的 為通過(guò)心電信號(hào)檢測(cè)睡眠分區(qū)及睡眠呼吸障礙等疾病,設(shè)計(jì)一種基于織物電極的心電監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。方法使用醫(yī)用級(jí)導(dǎo)電織物電極代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)電極,可在不與人體接觸的情況下實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地采集生理電信號(hào),對(duì)被測(cè)者進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)時(shí)間心電監(jiān)測(cè)。使用ARM11嵌入式系統(tǒng)代替醫(yī)用主機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理、波形顯示等。采用無(wú)線寬帶設(shè)備代替串口線與預(yù)定主機(jī)進(jìn)行通信。結(jié)果 該系統(tǒng)可有效降低被測(cè)者的不適感,準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)、處理、記錄大量心電數(shù)據(jù)并通過(guò)無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離數(shù)據(jù)交換。結(jié)論 該系統(tǒng)使用方便,兼顧可靠性、安全性及舒適性,適用于睡眠分析等長(zhǎng)時(shí)間心電信號(hào)監(jiān)測(cè)。

Objectives In order to detect the sleep partition and diagnose the sleep breathing disorders,this article designs a ECG monitoring system based on fabric electrodes.Methods This system collects the physiological signals real-time and accurately in the case of no-contact with the human body.Medical conductive fabric electrode is used instead of the traditional electrode and can monitor the ECG for a long time.ARM11 embedded system replaces the  edical host for data processing,waveform displaying and so on.The WIFI is utilized instead of the serial line for data transmission with the specific host.Results This system can effectively reduce the discomfort of human body,can accurately detect,process,record large quantity of ECG data with the use of the wireless network for remote data-exchange in real-time.Conclusions The system is reliable,safe comfortable,convenient and is suitable for long-time ECG monitoring,such as the analysis of sleep.
