摘要:

目的 建立臨床路徑知識庫模型,提高臨床路徑軟件的自適應(yīng)性,提升電子病歷應(yīng)用水平。方法 利用本體知識庫編輯工具,從醫(yī)院已有的臨床路徑病種數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用出發(fā),對臨床知識庫內(nèi)容進(jìn)行規(guī)范化研究和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化表達(dá),形成臨床路徑知識庫模型。結(jié)果 建立了58個病種的臨床路徑知識庫,該知識庫描述了醫(yī)院臨床路徑內(nèi)容的各個方面,可應(yīng)用于新一代臨床信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。結(jié)論 臨床路徑本體知識庫對智能化電子病歷應(yīng)用和臨床決策支持系統(tǒng)有重要作用,有利于醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的語義集成,是新一代電子病歷應(yīng)用的重要組成部分。

Objective To establish the knowledge base model of the clinical pathway to improve the self-adaptability of the clinical path software,and to enhance the application level of electronic medical records (EMR). Methods Starting from the hospital’s existing clinical path of disease data applications, with the standardization of research and expression on the clinical knowledge base contents, we form a knowledge base of clinical path model using an editing tool of ontology knowledge base. Results A clinical pathway knowledge base with 58 kinds of diseases that describes all aspects of hospital clinical pathway contents can be used in the construction of the new generation of clinical information system. Conclusions The clinical pathway ontology knowledge base is important in the application of intelligent EMR and the clinical decision support system, semantic integration of hospital information systems is an important part in the new generation of the EMR application.
