摘要:

目的  胎動信號和子宮收縮信號是胎兒及母體重要的生理信號,為此本文介紹一種孕婦可自行操作、使用方便、測量準(zhǔn)確的便攜裝置。方法 本裝置通過陣列式壓電傳感器采集胎動信號和子宮收縮信號,信號經(jīng)過濾波、放大和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后,利用單片機軟件進行胎動信號及子宮收縮信號辨別,實現(xiàn)胎動信號和子宮收縮信號的次數(shù)累加、持續(xù)時長確定、信號發(fā)生位置及信號類型的確定,最后將結(jié)果顯示在數(shù)碼管上。結(jié)果 用本裝置對3名不同妊娠期孕婦進行胎動信號和子宮收縮信號的監(jiān)測,并與孕婦自身計數(shù)結(jié)果對比,測量誤差小,能夠達到實時顯示信號位置、信號類型、信號次數(shù)的功能。結(jié)論 陣列式胎動信號及子宮收縮信號監(jiān)測腹帶可為孕婦提供簡單方便的便攜監(jiān)護。

Objective Fetal movement signal and uterine contraction signal are important physiological signals of fetus and maternal. This article describes a portable device used by pregnant woman that is self-operated, convenient and matrix. Methods Fetal movement signal and uterine contraction signal were collected by array piezoelectric sensors. The signals then went through the filter, amplification, A/D conversion and identified by software program, which could realize the accumulation number of the signals and determine the duration, position and type of the signals. Finally the results were displayed in the nixie light. Results We monitored the fetal movement signals and uterine contraction signals of 3 pregnant women who were in different gestation periods and compared the results of this device and the counting results of the pregnant women themselves. The monitoring bellyband could display the position, type and number of the signals in time and the measurement errors were small. Conclusions The fetal movement signal and uterine contraction signal monitoring bellyband applying array sensors is a simple, convenient portable monitoring device for pregnant women.
