摘要:

目的 不同的數(shù)字化全景齒科成像系統(tǒng)對電源的要求不盡相同,難以規(guī)范化、產(chǎn)品化,故需結(jié)合其自
身特征設(shè)計專用的電源系統(tǒng)。方法 首先對數(shù)字化成像系統(tǒng)所需供電電壓及其硬件電路的物理結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分
析,然后通過分析AC/DC電源模塊、線性穩(wěn)壓器和開關(guān)型穩(wěn)壓器的種類、輸出紋波、功耗及轉(zhuǎn)換效率等工
作特性及應(yīng)用范圍,提出一種開關(guān)型穩(wěn)壓電源和線性穩(wěn)壓電源相結(jié)合的電源系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。結(jié)果 通過
AC/DC電源模塊、低壓差線性穩(wěn)壓器(low dropout regulator,LDO)和開關(guān)型穩(wěn)壓器實(shí)現(xiàn)了電源的功耗低、
發(fā)熱小、電磁干擾輕、紋波小、重量輕和體積小的設(shè)計目標(biāo)。結(jié)論 提高了數(shù)字化全景齒科成像系統(tǒng)工作
的穩(wěn)定性及系統(tǒng)的整體性能。

Objective The design of power supply system for digital panoramic dental imaging
system is special to meet the different requirements of the power supply systems.Methods We
analyzed the needed voltages and hardware circuits’ physical structure of digital panoramic
dental imaging system firstly.After analyzing the performance characteristic — such as
class,ripple,consumption and conversion efficiency — as well as the application areas,this
paper provided a design proposal of power supply system which combined switching mode
voltage stabilizer with linear voltage stabilizer.Results The design targets,such as low
consumption,low heat,light electro-magnetic interference (EMI),low ripple,light weight and
small volume,were achieved by the use of AC/DC module,low dropout regulator (LDO) and
switching mode voltage regulator.Conclusions The stability and the whole performance of
digital panoramic dental imaging system were improved.
