摘要:

目的 為研制負(fù)壓調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬泛、擋位控制精準(zhǔn)的吸乳器,本文設(shè)計了基于霍爾開關(guān)的醫(yī)用寬負(fù)壓范
圍電動吸乳器擋位調(diào)節(jié)器。方法 基于霍爾開關(guān)的電磁轉(zhuǎn)換及其檢測基本原理,本文討論了利用若干個霍
爾開關(guān)和磁鋼構(gòu)成擋位調(diào)節(jié)器的3種實現(xiàn)方案,通過比較確定采用2個磁鋼和4個霍爾開關(guān)的擋位調(diào)節(jié)器。
將此調(diào)節(jié)器安置在吸乳器的負(fù)壓氣室外部并使引腳與AVR單片機相連,通過對比LCD液晶屏實時顯示的擋位
狀態(tài)和實際擋位對其進行驗證。結(jié)果 上述霍爾開關(guān)的擋位調(diào)節(jié)器可精準(zhǔn)地進行1~5擋判斷,并可相應(yīng)調(diào)
節(jié)吸乳器負(fù)壓氣室的氣密性,使每擋的負(fù)壓誤差不超過10mmHg。結(jié)論 基于霍爾開關(guān)的擋位調(diào)節(jié)器擋位判
斷精確,穩(wěn)定性好,該研究為研制具有負(fù)壓可寬范調(diào)節(jié)的電動吸乳器提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。

Objective In order to develop a breast pump with a broad range of negative
pressure and precise controlled stalls,a stall regulator of the medical breast pump with a
wide range of negative pressure was designed. Methods Based on the electromagnetic
conversion of the Hall switch and its measurement principles,three solutions using the Hall
switches and the magnetic steels to form the stall regulator were discussed. By comparison,
the stall regulator with four Hall switches and two magnetic steels was adopted. The
regulator was placed in the negative pressure chamber of the breast pump and its pins were
connected with AVR microcontroller,through the contrast of the stall’s real-time value
displayed on LCD screen and the stall’s actual state for verification.Results This stall
regulator based upon the Hall switch could not only precisely adjust speed within 1 to 5
stalls,but also adjust the air tightness in the negative pressure chamber of the breast
pump with the negative pressure error within ±10mmHg of each stall.Conclusions The stall
adjustment based upon the Hall switch is high precise and stable. This study provides the
technical basis for the development of the electrical breast pump with a wide range of
negative pressure.
