摘要:

目的 設(shè)計了一種基于無線通信的植入式肌電刺激系統(tǒng),為研究神經(jīng)電刺激對生物體的影響及用于臨床治療奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法 根據(jù)植入式系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)要求和特點,將系統(tǒng)分為體內(nèi)植入部分和體外控制部分,采用無線方式實現(xiàn)體內(nèi)外的通信。體內(nèi)子系統(tǒng)以MSP430單片機為核心,根據(jù)體外控制器無線發(fā)送的命令參數(shù)產(chǎn)生刺激電流,并采集刺激作用下的肌電信號反饋傳送到體外。體外控制器根據(jù)此反饋的肌電信號來調(diào)節(jié)刺激器的參數(shù)值,以達到更好的刺激效果。實驗時,可在示波器上查看體內(nèi)模塊輸出的刺激電流波形,另一方面,借助函數(shù)發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生理想肌電信號,經(jīng)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后,在體內(nèi)單片機控制下無線傳輸?shù)襟w外模塊。結(jié)果 經(jīng)反復(fù)實驗測試,該植入系統(tǒng)能無線接收體外控制器的命令,產(chǎn)生所要求的雙向刺激脈沖,并能根據(jù)體外控制器要求,實時采集刺激作用下的動物眼肌電信號,反饋傳送到體外,供研究人員分析、應(yīng)用。結(jié)論 與經(jīng)皮電刺激相比,植入電刺激定位準確,刺激電流小,疼痛感輕。本文設(shè)計的基于無線通信的植入式肌電刺激系統(tǒng),能根據(jù)采集的肌電信號實時調(diào)節(jié)刺激器參數(shù),體積小巧,刺激效果好,實用性強,應(yīng)用潛力大。

Objective In this paper,an implantable electromyogram (EMG) electrical stimulation system based on wireless communication is designed to research the effects of electrical nerve stimulation on the biosome and the clinical treatments.Methods The implantable module,with the core of MSP430 microchip,acquires and wirelessly transmits the EMG signal to the external controller and generates the stimulation current under the commands from the external controller.Then,the controller adjusts the command parameters of the stimulator according to the feedback EMG signal to achieve better stimulation effect.In tests,the stimulation current waves output from the implantable module are observed on the oscillograph and the ideal EMG signal generated by the function generator is wirelessly transmitted to the external controller after A/D converting.Results The implantable system receives the commands from the external controller by wireless communication and generates the bidirectional stimulating pulses with the preset parameters.Under commands of the controller,the system acquires and wirelessly transmits the eye EMG signals to the controller for further analysis.Conclusions Compared with the transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,the advantages of the implantable stimulation are exact locating,small stimulating current and little pain.This system can adjust stimulating parameters with the feedback acquisition of EMG signals and be widely used because of the small size and better stimulating effects.
