摘要:

目的 運(yùn)用生物學(xué)軟件對(duì)hsa-microRNA-202的生物學(xué)信息進(jìn)行分析。方法 運(yùn)用UCSC和Ensembl基因組在線瀏覽工具分析hsa-miR-202在人類基因組中所處位置,并運(yùn)用miRNA靶基因分析軟件MicroCosm、miRanda、DIANA-microT、RNAhybrid、TargetScan和RNA22對(duì)hsa-miR-202的靶基因進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。結(jié)果 hsa-miR-202定位于人10號(hào)染色體上135061015~135061124位置之間,共預(yù)測(cè)到3311個(gè)hsa-miR-202的靶基因,其中HAS2、RNF139、MON2基因被6個(gè)主流軟件共同預(yù)測(cè)為hsa-miR-202的靶基因。結(jié)論 hsa-miR-202的成熟序列在人、小鼠、大鼠、大象和金魚等脊椎動(dòng)物中高度保守,在生理和病理過程中發(fā)揮重要的調(diào)控作用。

Objective To analyze the biological information of has-miR-202 by using biological softwares.Methods We analyze the position of has-miR-202 in the genomes of the human species with UCSC and Ensembl genome online browsing tools,and predict the miRNA target genes with six mainstream miRNA target gene analysis softwares (MicroCosm,miRanda,DIANA-microT,RNAhybrid,TargetScan and RNA22).Results Has-miR-202 is located in chromosome 10,the region is between 135061015 and 135061124.We predict 3311 target genes totally,and HAS2,RNF139,MON2 genes are the common ones in the six mainstream miRNA target gene analysis softwares.Conclusions The mature sequence of has-miR-202 is highly conservative in people,rats,mice,elelphants and goldfish,and plays important roles in physiological and pathological processes.
