摘要：

微波消融是治療房顫效果顯著的新方法，但其技術(shù)尚不成熟。微波治療系統(tǒng)中最關(guān)鍵、最難解決且直接影響療效的是制造高效穩(wěn)定的微波天線。本文介紹了房顫手術(shù)的原理、微波作為其能源的優(yōu)勢(shì)、微波消融原理，以及微波消融系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成，重點(diǎn)介紹了微波消融天線的結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)及研究現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)其發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。

Microwave ablation of atrial fibrillation is an effective new treatment method.However，the technology is not mature.In the microwave treatment system，the creation of an efficient and stable microwave antenna directly influences the curative effect.This paper introduces the operation principle of atrial fibrillation，the advantage of microwave as its energy，the principle and the system structure of microwave ablation.Especially，this paper introduces the structure，characteristics，present situation and prospect of microwave ablation antennas.
