摘要:

目的 研究高頻雙向?qū)ΨQ方波對神經(jīng)的選擇性興奮影響,對實現(xiàn)特定直徑范圍神經(jīng)的興奮具有重要的意義,并為功能神經(jīng)電刺激的臨床應(yīng)用提供更多信息。方法 以在體動物的坐骨神經(jīng)為研究對象,建立神經(jīng)選擇性刺激模型。首先使用高頻雙向?qū)ΨQ方波進行實驗,通過改變高頻雙向?qū)ΨQ方波后測試脈沖出現(xiàn)的延遲時間或者高頻雙向?qū)ΨQ方波的頻率,得出經(jīng)高頻刺激后興奮神經(jīng)所需的閾值,從而實現(xiàn)神經(jīng)的選擇性興奮。然后將對稱方波刺激波形變?yōu)榉菍ΨQ方波2∶1、非對稱方波3∶1后進行重復(fù)實驗。結(jié)果 用高頻雙向方波實現(xiàn)了神經(jīng)的選擇性興奮,并對比了在對稱方波、非對稱方波2∶1、非對稱方波3∶1三種不同刺激波形下對神經(jīng)的選擇性興奮的效果,得出了最佳的刺激模式。結(jié)論 三種刺激波形的刺激模式下,選用電荷平衡的非對稱方波3∶1實現(xiàn)的神經(jīng)選擇性興奮最佳。

Objective To investigate selective nerve activation of high frequency biphasic electrical current using the symmetric and asymmetric square wave biphasic pulses. The study aimed to find an optimal waveform stimulus pattern for the selectively stimulating nerve fibers effectively. This study can provide more information for the clinical applications of electrical nerve block. Methods We used the sciatic nerve of live animals as the research object and established neural selective stimulation model. This paper presented biphasic pulse modes respectively with different pulses including symmetric square wave,asymmetric square wave 2∶1,asymmetric square wave 3∶1 stimulus waveform,which can selectively stimulate nerve fibers effectively. Results we obtained the best stimulation waveform,through the comparison of the selective nerve activation consequents in the three electrical stimulation modes. Conclusions The asymmetric square wave 3∶1 stimulation mode is the optimal waveform stimulus pattern.
