摘要:

目的 隨著高分辨率三維成像技術(shù)的發(fā)展,微血管成像已成為臨床診斷和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的重要手段。為了在定性觀察的基礎(chǔ)上定量分析血管形態(tài),本文提出一套完整的圖像處理方法,并基于此設(shè)計(jì)了包括血管分割、血管細(xì)化、定量分析在內(nèi)的血管形態(tài)分析流程。方法 首先利用數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)方法實(shí)現(xiàn)血管結(jié)構(gòu)提取,接著給出計(jì)算血管密度、直徑等指標(biāo)的方法,并引入血管的“卷曲度”參數(shù),以衡量血管的扭曲或異常程度。結(jié)果 將上述方法應(yīng)用于1個(gè)肝臟血管和3個(gè)腫瘤血管灌注成像實(shí)例,統(tǒng)計(jì)各項(xiàng)形態(tài)指標(biāo),發(fā)現(xiàn)肝臟血管和腫瘤血管在血管密度、分支結(jié)構(gòu)、直徑分布以及卷曲度方面均有較大不同。結(jié)論 本文方法可有效定量三維血管結(jié)構(gòu),不僅能夠定量較為規(guī)則的肝臟血管的形態(tài)特征,而且對于尺寸更小、結(jié)構(gòu)更精細(xì)的腫瘤血管也能準(zhǔn)確地定量分析,因此可以為腫瘤的早期診斷和藥物治療的效果追蹤提供重要依據(jù)。

Objective With the development of high-resolution computed tomography,micro-vessel imaging has become an important tool for clinical diagnosis and fundamental research.A novel image analysis procedure based on micro-vessel imaging including vessel segmentation,vessel thinning and quantification,is proposed to analyze the vessel morphology qualitatively and quantitatively.Methods The vessel structures are extracted by using mathematical morphology,and then the methods of measuring vessel density and branch diameter are given.Apart from that,the mathematical expression of “tortuosity” is defined to quantitatively analyze tortuous abnormal vessels.Results The algorithm is tested on four experiment data sets including one liver angiographic image and three tumor angiographic images.There are distinctive differences between liver vessels and tumor vessels in vessel density,tree pattern,diameter and tortuosity.Conclusions The paper introduces an effective way of analyzing vessel morphology.The algorithm works well in both normal and abnormal vessels of different sizes,which proves great potential for future application in detecting the development of tumors as well as tracking the treatment effect.
