摘要:

目的 術(shù)后人工晶狀體(intraocular lens,IOL)的傾斜和偏心對患者的離焦和散光等屈光狀態(tài)及波前相差產(chǎn)生影響,而目前測量人工晶狀體的傾斜和偏心的方法得到的結(jié)果存在一定偏差。本文提供一種人工晶狀體的傾斜度和偏心量的精確估算方法。方法 基于3例先天性晶狀體半脫位的術(shù)后人工晶狀體眼前段圖像,經(jīng)過圖像配準(zhǔn),用3種方法采集IOL表面數(shù)據(jù)并分別用球面方程擬合,從而用數(shù)學(xué)方法計算人工晶狀體的傾斜度和偏心量。結(jié)果 在給出計算IOL的傾斜度和偏心量的公式的基礎(chǔ)上,以3種采集方法得到IOL的傾斜度、偏心量、水平方向傾斜度和垂直方向傾斜度,結(jié)果顯示基于球面擬合的第一種方法優(yōu)于其它兩種。結(jié)論 基于球面擬合人工晶狀體表面計算傾斜度和偏心量,應(yīng)從每個掃描角度中選擇一幅最清晰的圖像采集數(shù)據(jù),此方法可較準(zhǔn)確地分析人工晶狀體的位置。

Objective Because intraocular lens(IOL)tilt and decentration have an effect on postoperative defocus,astigmatism and other refractive states as well as wavefront aberration,the results of IOL tilt and decentration measured by many methods have certain deviations. This paper provides a more accurate method for calculating the IOL tilt and decentration. Methods Based on anterior segment images of three cases with subluxation lens after operation,we collected the IOL surface data with three different methods. The IOL tilt and decentration values were obtained through image registration and the spherical surface fitting of the anterior and posterior surfaces of IOL,respectively. Results Based on the formula of IOL tilt and decentration,we obtained the IOL tilt angles,decentration values,the horizontal and vertical tilt angles collected by the three methods. The first method based on the spherical surface fitting was better than the other two methods. Conclusions To calculate the IOL tilt and decentration by spherical surface fitting of the IOL surface,we should choose the clearest image among images of each scanning rotated angle for collecting IOL surface data. This method can accurately analyze the IOL’s location.
