摘要:

目的 基于光的組織傳播特性和去氧血紅蛋白和含氧血紅蛋白對近紅外光的相反吸收特性,本文設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一種近紅外脈沖光乳腺疾病診斷系統(tǒng)。方法 系統(tǒng)由光源、控制電路、采集卡、近紅外CCD相機和計算機及應(yīng)用程序組成,光源選用波長為760nm和850nm,外部電路同采集卡配合實現(xiàn)光源的時序發(fā)光。結(jié)果 該系統(tǒng)具備非侵入、無輻射、廉價的特性。結(jié)論 作為一種輔助診斷技術(shù),本系統(tǒng)有很重要的臨床研究價值和應(yīng)用價值。

Objective A breast disease diagnosis system based on the characteristics of near-infrared light is designed and implemented in this paper. Methods The system consists of light source,external control circuit of light source,capture card,near-infrared CCD camera,computer and the application software. The wavelength of 760nm and 850nm LED is selected as light source,external control circuit and capture card are used to implement sequential emitting of light source. Results The characteristic of this system is non-invasive,nonradiative and cheap. Conclusions This system is important in clinic research and application.
