摘要:

目的 為實現(xiàn)高血壓癥的早期發(fā)現(xiàn)、早期診斷和早期治療,筆者開發(fā)了基于容積補償法和單片機控制的手腕式無創(chuàng)性血壓連續(xù)檢測系統(tǒng)。方法 本系統(tǒng)以手腕處的橈骨動脈為檢測對象,采用局部加壓式袖帶和新型電空變換器,并通過單片機的軟硬件控制,實現(xiàn)了便攜式、連續(xù)性和高精度檢測系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。同時,實驗評價了系統(tǒng)的檢測性能,與電子血壓計檢測裝置進行了檢測精度的對比實驗。結果 局部加壓式袖帶可以有效壓迫橈骨動脈而不產生末梢血管的淤血,新型電空變換器具有良好的頻率特性并實現(xiàn)袖帶的瞬時壓力控制。本系統(tǒng)與同時利用電子血壓計測得的血壓值,具有很好的相關性。血壓連續(xù)曲線在被實驗者安靜和呼吸干擾時,都有較好的跟隨性。結論 本系統(tǒng)以橈骨動脈為檢測對象的無創(chuàng)性血壓連續(xù)檢測是可行的。

Objective In order to achieve the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of hypertension,an instantaneous blood pressure measuring system at the wrist is developed based on the volume-compensation method and PIC microcontroller in this paper. Methods The radial artery at wrist is as the object of detection,a local pressurizing cuff and a new type electro-pneumatic converter are used to realize a portable detection system with continuity and highly accuracy. The comparative test between this system and the electronic blood-pressure meter(EBM)is carried out to evaluate the system accuracy. Results The local pressurizing cuff compresses the radial artery effectively and safely,and the electric pneumatic converter with good frequency characteristic is suitable for the control of instantaneous pressure in the cuff. The results obtained from this system using the volume-oscillometric method and those from the electronic blood-pressure meter are well correlated. In addition,the characteristics of the system to measure instantaneous blood pressure are good not only in rest condition,but also with respiratory interference. Conclusions The system is capable of measuring instantaneous blood pressure at radial artery non-invasively.
