摘要:

人工肝的研究已有半世紀(jì)之久,自人工肝概念提出以來,人工肝的理念、技術(shù)、設(shè)備、臨床應(yīng)用等不斷更新,目前已經(jīng)基本形成了非生物型、生物型和混合型人工肝的三大類型。本文對其發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述。

The history of artificial liver research is half a century. Since the concept of artificial liver was proposed,the theory,technology,device and clinical application of artificial liver support system are updated continuously. There are three types of artificial liver at present,such as non-bio-artificial liver,bio-artificial liver and hybrid bio-artificial liver. This article is a summarization for the development of artificial liver.
