摘要:

目的 利用低場(chǎng)磁共振序列設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)探討脈沖序列的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并分析評(píng)價(jià)成像質(zhì)量。方法 在低場(chǎng)磁共振平臺(tái)上,基于序列編碼語(yǔ)言及脈沖和編碼梯度的最佳施加時(shí)間來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)成像序列,并對(duì)含油和硫酸銅的樣品管進(jìn)行成像,然后根據(jù)T1、T2、質(zhì)子密度、回波時(shí)間、重復(fù)時(shí)間等基本成像參數(shù)對(duì)樣品管圖像進(jìn)行比較和驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果 探索出磁共振成像序列設(shè)計(jì)的基本方法和流程,并且獲得了清晰的磁共振圖像。結(jié)論 低場(chǎng)磁共振可作為基礎(chǔ)研究平臺(tái)用以設(shè)計(jì)成像序列并進(jìn)行成像。在進(jìn)一步的研究中,可針對(duì)不同組織部位設(shè)計(jì)具有特異性效果的脈沖序列,以將磁共振技術(shù)更好地應(yīng)用于臨床。

Objective To investigate the pulse sequence design with low-field MR platform,and to analyze and evaluate the imaging quality. Methods Based on the sequence coding language and the optimal action time of pulses and coding gradients,different pulse sequences were designed on the low-field MR platform,and then the tubes containing oil and copper sulfate were imaged with these pulse sequences. Also,MR images of the tubes were compared and validated according to the basic imaging parameters such as T1,T2,proton density,echo time,and repetition time. Results The basic method and process of MRI sequence design were explored,and the desired MR images were obtained. Conclusions The low-field MR can be used as the basic research platform to design the imaging sequences and obtain MR images. In further studies,special pulse sequences can be designed for different tissues to obtain the desired benefits.
