___________失眠舌象特征的量化研究_________

摘要：

目的已知失眠患者的舌象多伴有相應(yīng)的特征性變化，本文主要對失眠患者舌象特征進(jìn)行量化研究。方法首先從較典型的氣虛血瘀型和心火亢盛型失眠癥著手，提取失眠患者與健康人群舌象的顏色特征、Tamura紋理特征和舌體邊緣的齒痕特征，然后分析兩組舌象特征之間的差異。結(jié)果失眠組舌色R、G、B值和舌體齒痕數(shù)與健康對照組相比有顯著性差異(P<0.01)，紋理特征對比亦差異顯著(P<0.05)。結(jié)論失眠組舌象的顏色、紋理、齒痕特征參數(shù)，能夠?yàn)檩o助臨床診斷提供客觀參考依據(jù)，具有臨床參考價(jià)值。

Objective The insomnia patients’ tongues often have the corresponding changes. This paper focuses on the quantitative studies of the insomnia tongues. Methods Commencing with the typical insomnia of Qi and blood stasis type and firelight hyperactivity type，we extract the features of the tongue’s color，Tamura texture and tooth mark from insomnia patients and healthy people，and then make an analysis between the two groups. Results The differences of R，G，B values and the numbers of the tooth marks are significant (P<0.01) between the two groups，and the texture differences have statistics significance (P<0.05). Conclusions The characteristic parameters of the color，texture and tooth mark of the insomnia patients’ tongues can provide an objective reference for the traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis.
