摘要：

磁共振彌散張量成像(diffusion tensor imaging，DTI)作為一種功能磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging，MRI)，在臨床診療中發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文先介紹了DTI臨床應(yīng)用的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，重點(diǎn)闡述了其在腦部疾病的應(yīng)用，后指出臨床應(yīng)用中存在的問題，并對其前景進(jìn)行了展望。

As a kind of functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)，MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) plays an important role in the fields of clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper，the clinical applications of DTI are firstly introduced，and the field for cerebral disease is especially emphasized. Then the existing defects in clinical applications of DTI are outlined and the prospect is also forecasted.
