亞低溫治療作為一種腦保護方法已應用在腦卒中和顱腦損傷的治療中。本文綜述了亞低溫治療可能的腦保護機制、亞低溫治療的技術(shù)以及在今后的研究與臨床應用中需關(guān)注的幾個關(guān)鍵問題。 亞低溫治療的腦保護作用已獲得肯定，對亞低溫的并發(fā)癥、實施治療的時間窗和溫度窗、維持低溫的時間及復溫速率等方面，仍需更進一步的研究和探討。 |

Mild hypothermia therapy has been used as a method for protection of brain in the treatment of stroke and craniocerebral injury. This paper focused on the likely mechanism of brain protection，the technology of mild hypothermia and certain key problems in the research and application of mild hypothermia therapy. The brain-protecting effect of mild hypothermia therapy has been confirmed. The syndrome，the time window and temperature window，the dwell time and the rewarming rate of mild hypothermia therapy are still needed to discuss. |
