心房顫動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究

摘要：

目的編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的心房顫動(dòng)病例數(shù)據(jù)元、數(shù)據(jù)集，使心房顫動(dòng)的數(shù)據(jù)資源能夠被其他各類衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)共享。方法通過研究分析心房顫動(dòng)臨床與科研業(yè)務(wù)需求，結(jié)合專家研討，制定心房顫動(dòng)病例報(bào)告表和構(gòu)建信息模型，并從信息模型中提取數(shù)據(jù)元。遵循衛(wèi)生信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，規(guī)范數(shù)據(jù)元及其屬性。結(jié)果制定出心房顫動(dòng)病例報(bào)告表3個(gè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)元647個(gè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)集39個(gè)。結(jié)論心房顫動(dòng)疾病標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)元從根本解決了數(shù)據(jù)名稱、類型、值域不統(tǒng)一的問題，為不同信息系統(tǒng)提供了一個(gè)共同遵守的數(shù)據(jù)交換規(guī)范。

Objective Based on the atrial fibrillation data in the cardiovascular disease database，we make standardized atrial fibrillation metadata and data sets to share the information in the Cardiovascular Disease Database with other hospital information systems. Methods According to business requirements of clinical and scientific research and experts’ suggestions，we drew up atrial fibrillation case report forms，defined information models and abstracted atrial fibrillation metadata. Then standardized metadata and sets were defined through complying with hospital information standard. Results There were 3 atrial fibrillation case report forms，647 standardized metadata and 39 standardized data sets established. Conclusions Standardized metadata fundamentally solves the disunity of data name，type and range，and provides a common norm for different information systems.
