摘要:

目的 通過數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺(data integration platform,DIP),整合醫(yī)院不同業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建臨

床數(shù)據(jù)共享庫,為疾病的治療及醫(yī)院的管理提供支持。方法 采用J2EE技術(shù)以及ICE中間件通信技術(shù)實現(xiàn)DIP

的數(shù)據(jù)通信,完成數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建設(shè)工作。采用開源工具JasperReport,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析的展現(xiàn)。結(jié)果 數(shù)據(jù)集成

是實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析的前提,保障了醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)的來源真實可靠。結(jié)論 數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺和數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)合的一體

化流程,減少了臨床和科研人員的二次錄入工作,節(jié)約了數(shù)據(jù)處理的時間。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的結(jié)果為醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療以

及管理提供了幫助。

Objective The data of heterogeneous systems from a hospital can be integrated

through the medical data integration platform (DIP). The medical data base provides support

for the treatment of diseases and management of hospital. Methods The data communication of

DIP was gained through the J2EE technology and ICE middleware technology. Meanwhile,the data

warehouse was built to display the result of data analysis by JasperReport,the open source

tools. Results Data integration was a prerequisite for data analysis,which guaranteed the

credibility of the medical data. Conclusions The integration processes of the data integration

and the data analysis system reduced the duplicate work,and saved the time of data

processing. The results of data mining were helpful for medical treatment and hospital

management.
