目的 實(shí)現(xiàn)病歷區(qū)域醫(yī)療協(xié)同信息化支持,建立區(qū)域臨床路徑信息架構(gòu)模型。方法 以醫(yī)學(xué)本體為基礎(chǔ)

,以臨床醫(yī)療關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)為單位,實(shí)現(xiàn)特定疾病臨床路徑執(zhí)行控制引擎,對(duì)患者臨床信息實(shí)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)義集成和診療

事件安排,完成區(qū)域臨床路徑執(zhí)行和銜接。結(jié)果 建立了區(qū)域臨床路徑信息模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了臨床工作流關(guān)鍵節(jié)

點(diǎn)的執(zhí)行控制。結(jié)論 區(qū)域臨床路徑信息模型對(duì)區(qū)域醫(yī)療協(xié)同有重要作用,能支持醫(yī)院之間的患者臨床信息

共享和轉(zhuǎn)診轉(zhuǎn)檢。

Objective To achieve regional medical collaboration information support and

establish regional clinical path information architecture model. Methods Based on medical

ontology and clinical key nodes as units,we implement the control engine for the specific

disease of clinical pathways,achieve semantic integration and event scheduling for clinical

information of patients and clinics,and accomplish the execution and convergence of regional

clinical pathways. Results A regional clinical pathway information model is established to

achieve the execution control for the critical nodes of clinical workflow. Conclusions The

regional clinical pathway information model for regional medical collaboration has an

important role to support patients between hospitals to share clinical information and

referral turn seized.
