摘要:

心衰是一種復(fù)雜的臨床綜合征,嚴(yán)重威脅著人類生命健康。小動(dòng)物心臟的病生理和解剖結(jié)構(gòu)與人類存在較大差距,其心衰模型難以滿足研究心衰發(fā)病機(jī)理和干預(yù)治療的需求,因此,在病理生理學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)功能和解剖方面更接近人類的大動(dòng)物心衰模型成為研究熱點(diǎn)。通過查閱近幾年文獻(xiàn),本文綜述了容量負(fù)荷過載型、壓力負(fù)荷過載型、藥源性、快速起搏型、心肌梗死型、分子基因型等大動(dòng)物心衰模型的建立方法及應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià),為各種誘因的心衰提供相應(yīng)模型,增強(qiáng)研究的針對(duì)性。

Heart failure (HF) is a kind of complex clinical syndrome and a severe threat to human life and health.Small animal models cannot meet the research needs for pathogenesis and therapeutic intervention of HF because of the inevitable differences in physiopathology and anatomical structures.Therefore,large animal models of HF have become imperative because they are closer to human in structure and function,physiopathology and anatomy.Upon review of literature in recent years,this paper summarizes the establishment methods and application evaluation of different kinds of large animal models of HF,such as volume overload,pressure overload,drug-induced,ventricular rapid pacing,myocardial infarction and molecular genetics,in order to promote pertinency of HF research.
