脊柱生物力學信號智能分析系統(tǒng)的研究

摘要:

目的 為脊柱生物力學測試平臺開發(fā)一套信號智能分析系統(tǒng),對不同采集裝置產(chǎn)生的海量數(shù)據(jù)進行格式規(guī)范與整合,實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)的科學管理和快速處理。方法 利用Optotrak Certus運動測量系統(tǒng)、MTS材料試驗機和USB數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,以Matlab和MySQL為軟件開發(fā)平臺,搭建脊柱生物力學信號智能分析系統(tǒng)。對脊柱模型的生物力學性能進行測試,測試參數(shù)主要包括脊柱各節(jié)段運動角度、加載力矩。結果 由系統(tǒng)自動處理得到的脊柱各節(jié)段運動角度變化規(guī)律,與力及力矩載荷的變化一致。結論 本系統(tǒng)能有效應用于脊柱及其內(nèi)固定器械的生物力學測試中。

Objective To consolidate data from different acquisition devices and realize scientific management and rapid processing of data,we develop an automatic processing system for a spinal biomechanics test platform.Methods Optotrak Certus motion measurement system,MTS and USB DAQ are used to build the system,custom software is developed under Matlab and MySQL environment.Then,we use this system to test a spinal specimen,the parameters tested including angular range and moment load value.Results The distribution of angular range of each segment is consistent with the force and moment load change.Conclusions This system can be used effectively in biomechanical test of spine and relative devices.
