摘要:

目的 根據(jù)DICOM接口協(xié)議,設(shè)計了電子申請單集成系統(tǒng),使電子化的申請單在電子病歷系統(tǒng)與醫(yī)學(xué)影像歸檔和通信系統(tǒng)(picture archiving and communication system, PACS)之間能夠傳輸和比對,簡化臨床業(yè)務(wù)流程。方法 通過接口字典文檔,HIS系統(tǒng)和PACS系統(tǒng)共同遵循DICOM協(xié)議準(zhǔn)則。首先設(shè)計基本業(yè)務(wù)流程,然后運用M程序語言編譯接口平臺,再按照DICOM準(zhǔn)則對接接口字典。結(jié)果 設(shè)計完整的從醫(yī)生開具醫(yī)囑到CR、CT、MRI檢查終端設(shè)備顯示的電子申請單集成接口系統(tǒng),完成身份比對,醫(yī)囑比對及影像檢查結(jié)果匹配等跨系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程的節(jié)點傳輸流程系統(tǒng)。結(jié)論 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計在PACS系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中,對醫(yī)院影像科內(nèi)的工作流程進(jìn)行了重新分析,優(yōu)化設(shè)計包括了自動操作和工作合并以及某些設(shè)備的遷移,消除不必要的工作步驟以簡化流程,擴(kuò)展采用遵從DICOM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的成像設(shè)備工作列表(MWL),使患者的基本信息、檢查信息、影像信息、診斷信息、檢查結(jié)果分發(fā)信息在流程中完善和統(tǒng)一。

Objective Integration system for electronic application-form is designed according to DICOM protocol to realize the transmission and alignment of the electronic application-form between the electronic anamnesis system and picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in order to simplify the clinical process. Methods Through the document of interface dictionary, HIS and PACS system follow the rule of DICOM protocol. Basic business process is designed first, and then compiler interface platform is compiled with M programming language. Finally, the docking with the dictionary is interfaced according to DICOM standard. Results The integration system for electronic application-form which is from doctor's advice to CR, CT, MRI and terminal display is designed. Identity comparison, order comparison and the transmission systems with node such as matching image results are completed. Conclusions Working process in image department is analyzed in the construction of PACS system. Simplification and optimization including automatic operation, work mergence, and the migration of certain equipments for the process are made. Imaging equipment work list (MWL) is used to make the process perfect and unified.
