摘要:

目的 脈搏波的波形特征與心血管疾病密切相關(guān)。本文擬設(shè)計(jì)一種安裝在汽車方向盤上的能獨(dú)立實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測脈搏波信號(hào)的輔助裝置,在駕駛員無意識(shí)下獲取其血流動(dòng)力學(xué)的相關(guān)信息,為監(jiān)測健康狀況提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。方法 該裝置利用置于方向盤套表面的反射式脈搏波光電傳感器采集脈搏波信號(hào)。經(jīng)過濾波、放大和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,利用嵌于方向盤助力器內(nèi)的配套裝置對(duì)脈搏波信號(hào)進(jìn)行數(shù)字處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)脈搏波信號(hào)周期的確定、心率和平均動(dòng)脈壓數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算,以及信號(hào)和數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)。最后將處理后的脈搏波波形、心率數(shù)據(jù)及平均動(dòng)脈壓顯示在配套裝置的液晶顯示屏上,還可通過配套裝置中的SD卡接口進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸及存儲(chǔ)。結(jié)果 經(jīng)受試者實(shí)際測試,傳感器能夠準(zhǔn)確測出手指脈搏波并輸出,使得方向盤套和助力器具有測量脈搏波、心率及平均動(dòng)脈壓的功能。結(jié)論 該汽車方向盤輔助器可為用戶實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測脈搏波、心率和平均動(dòng)脈壓,幫助使用者實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測自己的健康狀況。

Objective The waveform characteristics of pulse wave are closely related to cardiovascular disease. This paper designs an auxiliary portable device installed on the steering wheel that can real-time monitor pulse wave signals independently. This device can achieve hemodynamic information in the user’s unconscious mind to monitor the health status. Methods The reflection-type pulse wave photoelectric sensor on the surface of the steering wheel collects pulse wave signals. After signal filtering, amplification and A/D conversion, digital processing of pulse wave signals in the supporting devices embedded in steering wheel booster is proceeded to definite pulse wave signal cycle, calculate the data of heart rate and mean arterial pressure, and store signals and data. Finally, pulse waveform, heart rate and mean arterial pressure display in the LCD screen of the supporting device, with data transmission and storage through the SD card interface of the supporting device. Results The sensor of the auxiliary device on steering wheel can measure finger pulse wave and output it in practical test. The cover and booster of the steering wheel can monitor pulse, heart rate and mean arterial pressure. Conclusions This auxiliary device on steering wheel can monitor pulse wave, heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure.
