摘要:

目的 為解決手術(shù)中激光切割能力下降的問題,以雞蛋蛋清為樣本,研究熱變過程中生物組織的光學(xué)特性變化。方法 使用積分球系統(tǒng)測(cè)量650nm激光照射下的樣本在熱風(fēng)槍加熱下,從26℃升溫到99℃過程中的準(zhǔn)直透射光、漫透射光和反射光光強(qiáng)隨溫度變化的數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算吸收系數(shù)和散射系數(shù)變化曲線。結(jié)果 樣本熱變前光學(xué)特性受溫度影響較小,熱變過程中透射率降低,吸收系數(shù)和散射系數(shù)增大。結(jié)論 手術(shù)中低強(qiáng)度激光照射組織發(fā)生熱變使吸收能力下降,應(yīng)保持較高激光強(qiáng)度以達(dá)到消融閾值。

Objective To solve the capacity decrease problem of laser cutting in surgery, changes in the optical properties of biological tissues during thermal denaturation were studied by using albumen as samples.Methods The integrating-sphere system measured the intensity changes of collimated transmitted light, diffuse transmitted light and reflected light as the samples were heated from 26℃ to 99℃ by a hot air gun at 650nm laser irradiation.The curves of absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient were calculated.Results The temperature’s effect on optical properties of samples was small before thermal denaturation.And during thermal denaturation, transmittance decreased while absorption and scattering coefficients increased.Conclusions Thermal denaturation of tissues at low intensity laser irradiation caused absorbency decreased.Therefore, the laser should be maintained at a high intensity to reach the ablation threshold in surgery.
