摘要:

目的 設(shè)計(jì)一種基于嵌入式Web服務(wù)器的心電遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。方法 采用低功耗ARM9微處理器為核心的開發(fā)板,移植嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng)和Web服務(wù)器,通過(guò)Java Applet和CGI設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),利用動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)頁(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)心電信號(hào)的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)護(hù)。結(jié)果 設(shè)計(jì)的心電記錄器能準(zhǔn)確地采集和顯示各類心電信號(hào),瀏覽器端能動(dòng)態(tài)顯示心電波形和分析結(jié)果,可準(zhǔn)確實(shí)時(shí)地進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)。結(jié)論 本系統(tǒng)操作方便、成本低,實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)有動(dòng)態(tài)心電監(jiān)護(hù)儀缺乏的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),適合家庭和社區(qū)的心電監(jiān)護(hù)。

Objective An ECG tele-monitoring system based on embedded web server was designed.Methods The embedded Linux RTOS and web server were transplanted into the development board which had a low power micro-controller ARM9.Through the design and development of Java Applet and CGI, the browser displayed the ECG waveforms and realized the tele-monitoring of ECG signals.Results The system realized the tele-monitoring of ECG signals through showing all kinds of ECG waveforms and analysis results in the browser and the results were accurate and reliable.Conclusions The system overcomes the limitations of tele-monitoring in Holter, and it is easy to operate and suitable for family and community medicine.
