基于常壓低氧艙的人低氧耐力辨識與調(diào)控

摘要:

目的 針對由低氧分壓引起的高原急性反應(yīng)問題,設(shè)計了一種可以模擬高原環(huán)境的常壓低氧艙。基于常壓低氧艙對人的低氧耐力進行辨識與調(diào)控。方法 充分利用艙體的漏氣性通過控制進氣量實現(xiàn)對艙體的精確控制。通過科學(xué)的低氧訓(xùn)練,融合血氧飽和度、心率、呼吸率、睡眠時間、深睡時間、呼吸暫停指數(shù)6項指標(biāo)對人的低氧耐力進行辨識與調(diào)控。結(jié)果 實現(xiàn)了艙體的精確控制,人的低氧耐力得到有效辨識與提高。結(jié)論 常壓低氧艙的間歇性低氧訓(xùn)練是一種科學(xué)有效的低氧耐力調(diào)控與辨識手段。

Objective To solve the problem of plateau acute reaction caused by the low oxygen partial pressure, we designed a simulated altitude environment atmospheric hypoxia chamber.We identified and regulated hypoxia tolerance of people based on atmospheric hypoxia chamber.Methods We utilized the leakage to achieve precise control of the cabin.We identified hypoxia tolerance of people through scientific hypoxia training, oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep time, deep sleep time, and apnea index.Results We achieved the precise control of the cabin, realized the effective identification and improvement of human hypoxia tolerance.Conclusions The intermittent hypoxic training in the atmospheric hypoxia chamber was a scientific and effective means for the regulation and identification of hypoxia tolerance.
