大學(xué)生入學(xué)體檢中暈厥的發(fā)生及原因分析

摘要：

目的對(duì)大學(xué)生入學(xué)體檢發(fā)生暈厥的可能原因進(jìn)行分析，并采取相應(yīng)措施以預(yù)防。方法 2010～2013年在北京工業(yè)大學(xué)參加入學(xué)體檢的19 660名大學(xué)生中，225人發(fā)生暈厥。對(duì)暈厥者進(jìn)行及時(shí)救治、病史詢問(wèn)及暈厥原因的分析。結(jié)果發(fā)生暈厥的原因多為緊張、等候時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、空腹時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)、饑餓、疲勞、蹲下或休息后立即站立、暈血暈針等引起的反射性暈厥。在明確暈厥原因后，采取有針對(duì)性的預(yù)防措施可減少暈厥的發(fā)生及由暈厥而造成的意外傷害。結(jié)論在明確暈厥的原因后，積極采取防范措施如健康宣傳、加強(qiáng)巡視觀察等，可明顯減少暈厥的發(fā)生。

Objective To analysis the possible reasons for the occurrence of syncope in the physical examination for freshmen of Beijing University of Technology and to take effective measures to prevent.Methods Two hundred and twenty-five students experienced syncope in physical examination among 19 660 freshmen of Beijing University of Technology in 2010-2013.We treated them timely and analyzed the causes of syncope by inquiring about their medical histories.Results The major causes for syncope were tension, hungry, reflex syncope, etc.We could reduce the occurrence of syncope and the accidental injuries caused by syncope by taking effective measures.Conclusions Positive precautions such as health publicity and enhanced inspection can reduce the occurrence of syncope and the accidental injuries caused by syncope.
