摘要：

蠶絲作為縫合線應(yīng)用于臨床已有多年歷史，其中的絲素具有良好的生物相容性。絲素可制備成不同性狀的新型生物材料如溶液、粉末、薄膜等，用其修復(fù)骨缺損的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究已相繼開展。本文主要對(duì)絲素在骨組織工程中修復(fù)骨缺損的應(yīng)用及前景進(jìn)行了綜述。

Silk has been used as sutures in clinical practice for many years.Silk fibroin (SF) is extracted from silk and the biocompatibility of SF is good.SF can be made into new biomaterials with different physical properties, such as solution, powder, film, etc.The experimental research of bone defect repair with SF has been carried out successively.This review mainly summarizes the application and prospect of SF in bone tissue engineering.
