摘要：

生物阻抗技術(shù)是利用細(xì)胞外液和細(xì)胞內(nèi)液的電學(xué)性質(zhì)測量人體成分及器官變化的一種較新的醫(yī)學(xué)診斷技術(shù)。因其具有無創(chuàng)、安全、有效及功能信息豐富等優(yōu)點，廣泛應(yīng)用于疾病的動態(tài)檢測。本文闡述了在臨床中生物阻抗的測量方法、電極大小形狀及貼放位置等的技術(shù)研究，并總結(jié)了生物阻抗在人體成分分析、心腦血管系統(tǒng)疾病的動態(tài)監(jiān)測、消化系統(tǒng)疾病和肺部疾病的監(jiān)測，以及乳腺癌檢測中的應(yīng)用。

Bioimpedance technology is a new technology for medical diagnosis which has been widely used for its non-invasiveness,safety,validity and informative features in clinical monitoring.The paper describes the technologies about bioimpedance measuring method,electrode size,shape and location in clinical application,and summarizes the bioimpedance applications in body composition analysis,breast cancer detection,the dynamic monitoring for cardiac-cerebral vascular disease,the monitoring for digestive system disease and pulmonary disease.
