喉軟骨支架結(jié)構(gòu)與構(gòu)建的研究進(jìn)展

摘要：

臨床上因喉癌、喉狹窄、外傷等引起喉軟骨缺損的修復(fù)和重建是耳鼻咽喉科面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。軟骨因無血管，其修復(fù)及再生能力差，因而需構(gòu)建支架以實(shí)現(xiàn)對喉軟骨缺損的修補(bǔ)或重建。目前，廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床的支架主要有自體軟骨支架、同種異體軟骨支架和金屬支架。組織工程喉軟骨支架尚在體外或動物體內(nèi)研究階段,但顯現(xiàn)良好的應(yīng)用前景。本文綜述4種喉軟骨支架的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)與構(gòu)建方法，并簡介了支架的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。

It is a great clinical challenge for otorhinolaryngology to repair and reconstruct the laryngeal cartilage defects caused by laryngocarcinoma,laryngostenosis or trauma.For the lack of blood vessels,the repair and regeneration ability of the cartilage is poor.Scaffolds are needed in the repair and reconstruction of laryngeal cartilages.Currently,the widely used scaffolds include autologous scaffolds,allogeneic scaffolds and metallic materials.In recent years,tissue engineering scaffolds,which is still in the research stage,shows a good prospect.This article reviews the structure characteristics,reconstruction method and clinical application of the above scaffolds.
