摘要:

目的 為構(gòu)建一個醫(yī)療物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的平臺,實(shí)現(xiàn)患者與醫(yī)生遠(yuǎn)程、實(shí)時溝通與治療,本文設(shè)計了一個便攜式
、實(shí)時的多參數(shù)生命監(jiān)護(hù)儀,以實(shí)現(xiàn)心電、呼吸、血氧、脈搏、跌倒、體溫的實(shí)時監(jiān)護(hù)。方法 該系統(tǒng)電路
部分采用雙層設(shè)計,下層為多參數(shù)生理信號采集板,上層為cc2430單片機(jī)。下層用于各個生理參數(shù)的采集,
上層利用zigbee模塊進(jìn)行生理數(shù)組的傳輸。在數(shù)據(jù)采集的同時運(yùn)用信號處理算法對采集到的生理信號進(jìn)行預(yù)
處理并提取特征,進(jìn)而計算診斷參數(shù)并做初步的診斷。最后將初步診斷結(jié)果通過cc2430的zigbee模塊傳送到
家庭網(wǎng)關(guān),并通過Internet將數(shù)據(jù)傳送到遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療站,待醫(yī)生給予進(jìn)一步診斷。結(jié)果 經(jīng)測試該監(jiān)護(hù)儀成功
實(shí)現(xiàn)了多生理參數(shù)采集及實(shí)時處理。 結(jié)論 該多參數(shù)生命監(jiān)護(hù)儀可實(shí)時監(jiān)護(hù)患者動態(tài)并成功運(yùn)用到醫(yī)療物聯(lián)
網(wǎng)中。

Objective In order to build a platform of medical internet of things to make
doctors and patients exchange the therapeutic information in a long-range and real-time way,
the multi-parameter life monitor represented in this paper can realize real-time monitoring of
electrocardiograph (ECG), respiration, blood oxygen, pulse, fall behavior and body
temperature.Methods A double-layer structure is adopted, the lower layer is signal acquisition
board and the upper layer is cc2430 microcontroller.Real-time signal algorithms which include
signal preprocessing, characteristic wave detection and parameter calculation, are used in the
monitor.Then the parameters are used to form a tentative diagnose.Finally, the tentative
diagnose is delivered to cc2430 and transmitted by the zigbee module of cc2430 to the home
gateway.The home gateway is responsible for transmitting the tentative diagnose to the remote
medical station and waiting for a further diagnose from the doctor.Results The monitor
successfully implements the acquisition of physiological signals and the real-time processing
of signals.Conclusions This multi-parameter life monitor can monitor the patient in a real-
time way and can be successfully applied to the medical internet of things.
