摘要：

目的對(duì)傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)療法和手術(shù)機(jī)器人治療的綜合效益進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究并分析指標(biāo)體系的適用性，進(jìn)而為醫(yī)
院相關(guān)決策提供科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。方法運(yùn)用綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論，采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查、專家咨詢及層次分
析等方法，結(jié)合實(shí)證研究，建立綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)果構(gòu)建了一套適合評(píng)價(jià)使用、具可操作性的微創(chuàng)手
術(shù)的綜合效益評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)論該指標(biāo)體系能夠?qū)⒂嘘P(guān)的社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行模型量化，為實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)效益的量
化評(píng)估做了有益的探索。

Objective To conduct empirical study on the comprehensive benefits of traditional
surgery and robotic surgery and analyze the applicability of assessment index system and then
to provide reference for hospital management to make scientific decisions.Methods Based on the
theory of comprehensive benefit assessment, the study applied literature research, expert
consultation, analytical hierarchy process and empirical study for the establishment of the
assessment index system.Results The study successfully established an applicable and operable
index system to assess the comprehensive benefits of minimally invasive surgery.Conclusions
Based on modeling and quantification of social benefits, the index system conducted positive
exploration for quantitative assessment of social benefits.
