摘要:

目的 建立一種更為高效安全的三維耳模制作方法。方法 耳背式助聽器使用時(shí),需配上按患者耳朵外形制作的耳膜。利用MIMICS醫(yī)學(xué)影像三維重建軟件和Solidworks三維建模軟件對(duì)患者耳部CT圖像進(jìn)行處理,建立耳模實(shí)體模型。結(jié)果 與傳統(tǒng)方法制作的耳模相比,計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)制作的耳模更加符合人體結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論 計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)制作方法可更加安全、方便、快捷地制作耳模。

Objective To develop a more efficient and secure method of making three-dimensional ear mold. Methods For a behind the ear (BTE) hearing aid, an ear mold that fits the individual’s ear canal is needed. We establish the solid mold by using the MIMICS and Solidworks to process the images from the CT scanning of the volunteer’s ear. Results Compared with the traditional method, the ear mold made by computer aided design (CAD) technology fits better to the individual’s ear. Conclusions CAD makes ear mold fabrication more safe, convenient and efficient.
