QRS complex real-time detection and analysis with embedded QT creator

摘要:

目的 QRS波群的檢測(cè)是心電圖分析的核心技術(shù)之一。本文在嵌入式QT環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套QRS波群實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)與分析系統(tǒng)。方法 系統(tǒng)采用四點(diǎn)平均對(duì)ECG信號(hào)進(jìn)行濾波,再對(duì)ECG信號(hào)的一二階差分值進(jìn)行平滑處理,然后在較短時(shí)間窗內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)QRS波的實(shí)時(shí)精確定位。最后采用MIT-BIH標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫對(duì)算法效果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 對(duì)于MIT-BIH標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫中的絕大部分心電數(shù)據(jù),改進(jìn)后的算法有96%以上的準(zhǔn)確率,運(yùn)行時(shí)間在1ms左右。結(jié)論 改進(jìn)后的算法能夠滿足遠(yuǎn)程終端對(duì)準(zhǔn)確率和運(yùn)行時(shí)間的要求。

Objective QRS complex detection is one of the core technologies for ECG analysis.In this paper we implement a QRS complex real-time dectection and analysis system with embedded QT Creator.Methods Firstly, we filter the electrocardiogram signal by using four-point average method, and then smooth the first-order and second-order differential value of the electrocardiogram signal.Secondly, we precisely calculate the locations of QRS complexes in short time windows.Finally, we use MIT-BIH database to analyze the result of the improved algorithm.Results For the most ECG data in MIT-BIH database, the accuracy of the improved algorithm is more than 96%, and running time is about 1 millisecond.Conclusions The improved algorithm satisfies remote terminals’ requirement for accuracy and running time.
