摘要：

腎動(dòng)脈交感神經(jīng)消融術(shù)治療頑固性高血壓已應(yīng)用于臨床，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對該方法的操作步驟、療效、并發(fā)癥已進(jìn)行了一系列研究。運(yùn)用腎動(dòng)脈交感神經(jīng)消融術(shù)治療頑固性高血壓，創(chuàng)傷小，成功率較高，有一定療效。但是在治愈率、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、溫度場的預(yù)測等方面尚存在不足。因此，要在術(shù)前制定合理的手術(shù)規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)，以保證交感神經(jīng)的徹底消融，避免并發(fā)癥的產(chǎn)生。

The method of renal sympathetic nerve ablation of resistant hypertension has been used in clinic. Scholars at home and abroad have studied on the operating steps, efficacy and complications of the method. This method has small trauma, a higher success rate and certain curative effect in clinic. Yet there are still some deficiencies in cure rate, postoperative complications, temperature field prediction. Therefore, a preparation for the surgical planning on renal sympathetic denervation is demanded to guarantee the complete nerve ablation, and to avoid complications.
