摘要:

目的 把STL文件格式應(yīng)用到醫(yī)學(xué)模型的存儲,通過設(shè)定三維醫(yī)學(xué)模型的不

同部分的顏色以提升模型的三維可視化效果。方法 針對STL文件格式表示人體

解剖模型色彩單一的問題,對STL文件內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了修改:在三角形幾何位置信息

中加入了顏色信息,通過顏色信息來區(qū)分人體解剖模型不同組成部分之間的關(guān)

系。在三維醫(yī)學(xué)模型不同組成部分邊界劃分過程中,通過建立二維屏幕坐標(biāo)與

三維模型坐標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系,把屏幕上劃分的邊界映射到三維模型上,并應(yīng)用連

接算法保證三維邊界的封閉性,最后采用類種子填充算法,實現(xiàn)邊界內(nèi)區(qū)域的

顏色填充。結(jié)果 通過顏色區(qū)分后的醫(yī)學(xué)模型能夠更準(zhǔn)確地描述模型的不同組成

部分,有更好的三維可視化效果。結(jié)論 邊界劃分與區(qū)域填充算法能夠很好地實

現(xiàn)三維模型的區(qū)域著色,經(jīng)過改進(jìn)后的STL文件能夠有效地存儲彩色的三維醫(yī)學(xué)

模型。

Objective On the basis of the STL file format being

applied to store the medical model data,the three-dimensional

visualization effect of the medical model can be enhanced by setting

the color of the different parts of the model. Methods The STL file

format represents object without any color in anatomical models. We

add color information in the reserved location of triangle

information,so the relations can be distinguished between different

components of anatomical model. In the process of partitioning

different components on the three-dimensional medical model,two-

dimensional screen boundaries of different components are mapped into

the three-dimensional model through establishing relationship between

two-dimensional screen coordinate and the three-dimensional model

coordinate. The join algorithm is employed to ensure the closure of

three-dimensional boundary. And an algorithm similar to the seed-

filling is applied to fill the color information of the area within

the boundaries. Results The model with color information can describe

the different components of the medical model more accurately,and

possesses better three-dimensional visualization effects. Conclusions

The boundary-partitioning and the area-filling algorithm can achieve

a three-dimensional model with areas colored,and the enhanced STL

file format can efficiently store colored three-dimensional medical

model data.
