摘要:

目的 本研究擬在眼科超聲生物測(cè)量中采用編碼激勵(lì)技術(shù)降低超聲發(fā)射電壓,以替代傳統(tǒng)的單脈沖激勵(lì)。方法 采用Golay互補(bǔ)序列編碼序列激勵(lì),通過對(duì)接收回波進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的解碼壓縮和信號(hào)處理,使得發(fā)射電壓由60 V降低至±15 V,設(shè)計(jì)了單反射面、分辨率測(cè)量和在體實(shí)驗(yàn)來驗(yàn)證該方法的有效性。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,編碼激勵(lì)技術(shù)雖降低了超聲發(fā)射電壓,但仍可保持與高發(fā)射電壓時(shí)同樣的探測(cè)深度、信號(hào)強(qiáng)度、分辨率和測(cè)量精度。結(jié)論 編碼激勵(lì)的方法對(duì)于降低超聲波的瞬時(shí)發(fā)射功率,使聲輸出參數(shù)滿足相關(guān)檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)眼部生物組織的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。

Objective This paper intends to use coded excitation technique in ophthalmological ultrasound biometer to cut down the emission voltage in order to substitute the traditional single pulse excitation. Methods The Golay complementary sequences were adopted for coded excitation and the echoes were compressed accordingly. By this method,the excitation voltage could be cut down from 60 V to ±15 V. The one-reflector experiment,the resolution measuring experiment and an in vivo experiment were designed in this paper to verify the effectiveness of the method. Results The results showed that when we cut down the excitation voltage by using Golay-coded pulse excitation,we could maintain the same detective depth,signal intensity,resolution and measurement accuracy as the high excitation voltage. Conclusions The coded excitation can reduce the ultrasonic instantaneous emission power and meet the related detection requirements of acoustic output parameters,which has profound significance in the realization of accurate measurement for ophthalmological tissues.
