摘要:

對(duì)患者進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)時(shí)間實(shí)時(shí)生理參數(shù)監(jiān)控一直是醫(yī)院慢性病治療的重要工作之一,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備體形大、成本高、位置固定、接線復(fù)雜的缺點(diǎn),本文結(jié)合Zigbee無(wú)線技術(shù),從小型化、無(wú)線化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化入手,設(shè)計(jì)了一種佩戴于手腕,集成了血壓、血氧、體溫多參數(shù)測(cè)量的醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)節(jié)點(diǎn),并增加了液晶顯示、自動(dòng)報(bào)警等功能。實(shí)地實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,該節(jié)點(diǎn)能較準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)量出患者的多項(xiàng)生理參數(shù),并結(jié)合上位網(wǎng)關(guān),搭建起適用于醫(yī)院、養(yǎng)老院等機(jī)構(gòu)的無(wú)線監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng),極大地方便患者的監(jiān)護(hù)治療過(guò)程與醫(yī)院的管理。

The monitoring of patients’ physiological parameters is usually the emphasis of medical treatments for chronic diseases. Considering the traditional guardianship equipment’s disadvantages as big size, high cost, fixed position and complicated wiring, we design a kind of wrist-weared multi-parameter monitor based on ZigBee wireless network. Designed from the view of miniaturization, wireless technology and network, this monitor integrates the measure modules of blood pressure, blood oxygen and temperature, and adds the function of screen display and alarm. The experimental results show that this monitoring system can get the accurate physiological parameters of the patients, and effectively simplify the patients’ treatments and the hospital management with network.
