摘要:

大腦形態(tài)學(xué)研究是目前生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域一個(gè)活躍而重要的研究課題。腦

解剖區(qū)域的可視化定位在腦形態(tài)學(xué)研究中具有非常重要的作用。本文主要通過(guò)

解析FreeSurfer軟件在MRI圖像處理過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的大腦皮質(zhì)面數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種

判定大腦皮質(zhì)面數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)格點(diǎn)解剖區(qū)域的精確定位方法,并通過(guò)MATLAB軟件對(duì)結(jié)

果進(jìn)行了三維可視化,方便腦形態(tài)學(xué)研究人員應(yīng)用。

Brain morphological study is currently an active and

important research area in biomedical engineering field. Accurate

localization of brain region plays an important role in brain

morphology study. With cortical surface data generated by FreeSurfer

software, we establish an anatomical localization and visualization

method in this paper. The cortical surface data and location results

are visualized through the MATLAB software to facilitate the

researchers’ application in brain morphology.
