摘要:

目的 實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶端無需特定操作系統(tǒng)和硬件設(shè)備,即可以以純凈網(wǎng)頁載體實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下醫(yī)學(xué)三維影像可視化瀏覽。方法 首先,采用偏態(tài)處理模式,客戶端僅用于提交瀏覽請(qǐng)求和下載服務(wù)器投影的“偽3D”二維數(shù)據(jù)。其次,建立客戶端偽3D交互坐標(biāo)/視角變換模型,結(jié)合JS+HTML技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶端的偽3D互動(dòng);然后,改進(jìn)成熟的HTTP消息管理機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶端網(wǎng)頁與服務(wù)器的即時(shí)通信。最后在30kbps帶寬下,分別使用iPad、PC和安卓手機(jī)對(duì)同一數(shù)據(jù)集(495幀249MB)進(jìn)行三維可視化瀏覽操作,驗(yàn)證其在較差家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,不同入網(wǎng)終端對(duì)該平臺(tái)的可視化交互功能的支持情況。結(jié)果 通過三種操作終端的在線測(cè)試可知,平臺(tái)的Web通用性與操作準(zhǔn)確性良好,歷次操作反饋時(shí)間均小于1.5s且畫面更新流暢。結(jié)論 通過較為極端的家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境測(cè)試,本設(shè)計(jì)無論反饋準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性均達(dá)到預(yù)定要求,能夠滿足可視化交互的要求,可以作為一種低成本的影像共享方式,服務(wù)于醫(yī)護(hù)人員以即時(shí)獲取醫(yī)學(xué)影像信息。

Objective Client terminal of this can browse and share three-dimensional visualization medical images (TDVMI) based on Pure Web without specific operating system and hardware processing equipment. Methods First of all, we design the image processing work focused on the server side, and put its projection ‘pseudo 3D’ which is two-dimensional data online for clients to download and display in ‘3D’ effect. Second, we build client pseudo 3D interactive coordinates/perspective transformation model to achieve the client’s pseudo 3D interaction with JS & HTML technologies. Then, we improve the mature HTTP message management mechanism to achieve the client web pages with instant messaging and flicker-free updates. Finally, under 30KBps, we respectively use the iPhone, android mobile phone, and PC to access the same data set (495 frames 249MB) for 3D visualization browsing in order to test the effect with different access terminals. Results Through online tests of the three terminals, we know that the compatibility and accuracy of the platform is good, and each of the feedback time is less than 1.5 s with smooth picture. Conclusions Through extreme network test of family environment, feedback accuracy and timeliness of TDVMI browsing are good. It can be used as a low-cost way of information service of accessing medical images.
