摘要:

生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程的發(fā)展日新月異,然而,現(xiàn)有的在理工科院校以及醫(yī)學(xué)院培養(yǎng)相關(guān)研究生的模式,難以為社會輸送既懂醫(yī)學(xué)又有扎實(shí)工科功底的出色的專業(yè)人才。在醫(yī)院內(nèi)培養(yǎng)研究生,可以大幅縮短臨床與工程之間的距離,但是這種模式并不常見,尤其國內(nèi)更是罕有。因而本文對醫(yī)院內(nèi)培養(yǎng)研究生的模式進(jìn)行探討,分析其優(yōu)勢和不足,確定培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),并提出了相應(yīng)的培養(yǎng)方法。作為一種新的嘗試,本文的工作對生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程人才的培養(yǎng)將具有一定借鑒作用。

Biomedical engineering is developing rapidly. However, its postgraduate cultivation modes in medical colleges and universities of science and engineering cannot provide excellent professionals who are good at both clinic and engineering. The long distance between clinic and engineering might be remarkably shortened by cultivating postgraduates in hospitals. Nevertheless, this mode is rarely used, especially in China. Therefore, in this study we discuss the cultivation mode in hospitals, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, determine the cultivating aims and provide corresponding cultivation methods. As an attempt, our work might be valuable for the cultivation of talents in biomedical engineering.
