摘要:

骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(bone marrow stem cell, BMSC)是一種具有多向分化潛能的成體干細(xì)胞,適量的力學(xué)刺激能促進(jìn)BMSC向成骨細(xì)胞分化。近幾年來(lái),一些學(xué)者利用力學(xué)刺激作用于體外培養(yǎng)的BMSC,促進(jìn)其向成骨細(xì)胞分化,并且對(duì)其誘導(dǎo)分化的機(jī)制進(jìn)行了大量研究。盡管這一機(jī)制目前尚不十分清楚,但是已有的研究表明,多條信號(hào)通路參與了該力學(xué)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。本文就國(guó)內(nèi)外近幾年來(lái)關(guān)于力學(xué)信號(hào)影響B(tài)MSC成骨分化的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。

Bone marrow stem cells (BMSC) are multipotent adult stem cells with mechanosensitive property. Mechanical stimuli can promote the osteogenic differenitiation of BMSC. In recent years, many studies have been focused on the mechanism for osteogenic differentiation of BMSC although it is not completely clear. It has been reported that several signal pathways are involved in the mechanotransduction of BMSC responding to mechanical stimuli. This review focuses on the advances of recent researches about the mechanism of osteogenic differentiation induced by mechanical stimulation.
